The Magical art of Procrastination.

Oh Procrastination...

The magical art of avoiding important and relevant tasks by allocating your oh important time towards something much better like binge watching a whole season of How i met your mother or going on an all nighter just to increase your rank in any online game that you could fancy. What a wondrous thing it is right? Procrastination. Such a mundane, interesting and important art.

Oh you might think that I'm being cynical here, but you know what? there are some aspects in your life that could be improved through procrastination. I'm serious.  I AM DEAD SERIOUS.

As a very intelligent and good looking person according to my mother. I do consider the benefits of procrastination. As you might know I myself am a master procrastinator and if i am given a chance to rank myself from 1 to 10 , 10 being the highest, i would be a 100.

Since the good old days, procrastinators have been frowned upon. But that was the old days. These days you could get away with anything, you like the same sex? go for it, if people deny you your preference then they're a homophobe. You like opening doors for women? Don't do it then because they could take care of themselves according to feminists. Yes today Even procrastinators should be given a pat on the back for their life choices and preference. Just like me!

It's pretty clear that some of the greatest people both men and women that has ever lived were procrastinators from Leonardo da Vinci , Truman Capote, Victor Hugo and even the Dalai Lama, those amazing people were indeed procrastinators, given that explanation, That means that I myself could also be a genius right? Riiiight???

So let's get started, If you're a procrastinator chances are...

1. You'll be more stress free. How you may ask?  because half or more than half of your time would be spent on the activity that you'll do to avoid doing actual work and the rest of it will be used for the real work that should be done. think about it... LESS WORK more umm... Non- WORK.

2.You'll be able to train your mind to work smarter and not harder. You know what they say right? if it works...It WORKS! there are much more important things to be done than doing what you really should be doing. like saving the world in your PlayStation than reading books...

3. No one burdens you to help them with their own work because they know your work isn't even finished..so no high expectations from people... with no power , comes no responsibility.

4. You are most likely happier than most people around you doing actual work. Finishing things or work in time...and finishing it in just the last second...gives you a feeling of accomplishment no matter how small it is.

5. You keep things simple, simple is good , it's beautiful. Yes I used beautiful to enumerate the word "simple"

6. You'll more like get things done in a more creative way than a non-procrastinator. Just to finish a job in the last minute you create new and innovative ways to make life more simpler and easier rather than doing things by the book which is what most people do.

We'll I'm out of ideas... it's 1am and I am writing this article while I haven't even finished all the cases provided to us for our recitation for law school tomorrow.

to make things short... I'm F*Cked with a capital F.

Sooo... it's not like i'm writing this article just to make myself feel better right??? RIGHT???

oh.. who am I kidding??

I'm going to get back to work.
